It’s a customizable outdoor pest control plan that helps you take your yard back from those pesky and disease-bearing mosquitoes, ticks, and fleas.
We treat monthly during spring and summer to keep your yard protected against the bugs you specify on your plan. Each treatment increases the effectiveness against pests.
If you do not see a reduction in activity following a service,Spire will conduct a targeted treatment between regularly scheduled services at no charge.
Step 1 - Schedule
Call today at (888) 316-3615 for a free inspection. Call before 2:00 pm, and we can often schedule your pest control service the same day. Remote locations and other conditions may require next-day service.
Step 2 - Treatment
A skilled technician will inspect your property and provide a customized pest control treatment that will be the most effective for your needs. Depending on the inspection results, your certified technician might suggest treating or protecting against other pests.
Step 3 - Follow Up
Each service includes a detailed report and helpful recommendations to keep pests away. To prevent pests from returning, we return regularly throughout the year to create a pest barrier, increasing protection with every visit. If you see pest activity between your regularly scheduled services, we will return free of charge!

Mosquitoes, ticks, and outdoor fleas
Months when mosquitoes, ticks, and fleas are active. For most northern areas, this includes April, May, June, July, August, September, and October. For most southern areas, the YEP is offered year-round.
The price depends on the size of the property and the number of pests to be treated. Customers can discuss these factors when making an appointment over the phone.

Yes. If a customer does not see a decrease in activity following a service,Spire will conduct a targeted treatment between regularly scheduled services at no charge.
No, the customer does not have to be home during service if they have already signed an agreement. As long as the technician has access to the property and pets are inside, the service can be performed without the owner present. Customers can sign the agreement digitally or at the office. When making an appointment, the customer can state that they will not be home, and the technician will leave them a detailed report of the services performed. If the customer is signing the agreement at the first appointment, they will need to be home.
The products and procedures used to perform the Yard Shield Assurance are extremely effective, and their impact increases with each visit. As treatments are done on a routine schedule, we catch mosquitoes, ticks, and fleas in each stage of their development and inhibit their ability to mature and reproduce. As a result of maintaining this plan, customers will see a dramatic decrease in mosquitoes, ticks, and fleas. An even greater reduction of pests can happen when neighboring yards are being serviced, so customers should refer their friends, too!

Pets should be kept indoors while the YEP treatment is occurring. Letting pets outside after our product has time to dry is perfectly fine. On a typical sunny day, that time is usually only 30 minutes or less.
